SELF EXAMINATION and Quotes for the User of Affirmations

SELF EXAMINATION and Quotes

There is a famous quote in the circles of philosophy by Socrates that says "the unexamined life is not worth living."
Is this true? From the circles of Affirmation thinkers I suggest it is a true statement.

Those who use personal positive affirmations do so with the intent of making their lives better.

If we think that our lives could be better though the use of personal affirmations then we examine our lives to see what need improving. many people spend there life looking for meaning and fail to examine themselves in the quest. St. Augustine said ti best with this quote: "People travel to wonder at the height of the mountains, at the huge waves of the seas, at the long course of the rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motion of the stars, and yet they pass by themselves without wondering."

If we really want personal affirmations to make us better or to improve ourselves then we must examine ourselves and then set goalson what we feel needs improvement and then employ the use of positive daily affirmations.
