HAPPINESS Quotes and Affirmations 2

Happiness is an elusive state of being. One which we all want unless we're so depressed we forget about happiness, or how to achieve it. On the other hand we can get so busy or focus on achieving our goals that we forget about happiness until the down time finally comes and we're so burned out that we wonder why we're not happy.

There is the kind of happiness inherent within our soul and the kind of happiness achieved by going to the amusement park that creates a short thrill forgotten as soon as we gain out equilibrium. This post is primarily talking about the happiness that resides deep within our soul as a wellspring that we can draw from wheneverwe feel we need it.

We can get so caught up in the rush of the day to get things done that some positive daily affirmations repeated often and aloud when possible can start the ball rolling towards the inner happiness we all want. Positive quotes on happiness we hopefully help us realize the importance of happiness in our lives. Making our lives all the more rich and fulfilled.
