Originally this blog started out with traditional positive affirmation statements with affirmation jewelry charms as a visual reminder to the positive affirmations. But it evolved into positive affirmational quotes, thoughts and musings.

This concept spills over to certain symbolic jewelry. In this case Butterfly Jewelry which includes butterfly earrings and butterfly necklaces. The Butterfly has a host of colors and shapes and are perhaps the most beautiful insect around.
The symbolism isn't about the beauty but the way it is formed. It is symbolic in Christian circles of the Resurrection. In that the catipeller represents the body, the cocoon represnts death, and the butterfly represents the resurrection. The butterfly is much more glorified and beautiful than the catipeller.
That symbolism is a beautiful positive affirmation.

In short, one of the Celtic Symbols is the Trinity Knot so called because the three points in the triangle represent the Godhead: The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost. For Christians this is a powerful positive affirmation. Celtic symbols have countless Christian and pagan symbolism. All are positive and beautiful in some way.
