CELTIC CROSS PENDANTS

CELTIC CROSS PENDANTS

Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.  And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe.  And when they had plaited a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head. And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.  (Matthew 27:27-31)

This passage from the Gospel of Matthew is a sad passage of scripture where it talks about the terrible treatment of Jesus.  It's unbelievable that anyone would treat the Son Of God in such a terrible way.

The sad thing is, people treat Him that way today as well. They do so by mocking His eternal sacrifice He made for us in the Garden of Gethsemane and on the Cross. Paying for our sins and the sins of the world.  They take His name in vein and they disregard His commandments and wilfully rebel against His teachings.

It's nice that many people revere Him and strive to keep His commandments and strive to follow His teachings in their lives. The sterling silver Celtic cross necklace is a terrific inspirational reminder of your devotion to The Son of God.

The Celtic cross necklace and the sterling silver Celtic cross pendant are a wonderful way to remind you of your commitments to The Lord when you were baptized.

Sterling silver Celtic cross pendants add other symbols to what would normally be a cross pendant. The added symbols are additional symbols that add more Christian meaning to the cross.

This Claddagh cross pendant shown above is just one of many Celtic cross pendants that add more symbolism to the traditional cross pendant.
